CM Punjab Wheat Support Program 2025 aims at provision of financial assistance of PKR 5000 per acre to eligible farmers (owners & tenants) of wheat cultivation in Punjab with a landholding up to 12.5 acres through the Bank of Punjab.
Current Status:
Rs. 11 billion transferred to 516,000 Kissan Card farmers.
330,000 farmers have withdrawn Rs. 7.29 billion through ATM.
Average Wheat support per farmer is Rs. 21,400
The ONLINE PORTAL applications are under process of scrutiny against digitally integrated Land / Gardawari / Kissan Card records.
