Background
This project was initiated by the Government of the Punjab in 2024 and is 1st of its kind in Pakistan that envisions something beyond media campaigns and aims to attract public interest by offering financial incentives for undertaking environment friendly initiatives and reporting environmental crimes, and hence, encouraging the general public and rewarding their participation while raising awareness.
Current situation
- The project works have been initiated and it covers 31 interventions, also 6000+ volunteers have registered and 200+ eligible cases have been reported so far.
