Special focus was placed on verifying the quality of construction materials, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with design layouts. The team checked for any irregularities or misuse of resources and evaluated whether the infrastructure—such as foundation, brickwork, roofing, plumbing, and electrical wiring—was being developed in line with Punjab Government’s prescribed standards. Additional aspects reviewed included site cleanliness, material storage conditions, on-site supervision mechanisms, and the pace of construction. The monitoring team emphasized that the new buildings must be constructed with integrity and transparency, ensuring a durable and functional healthcare environment for future use.
