The Chief Minister’s Special Monitoring Unit team conducted a visit to a school to assess the proper implementation of the School Nutrition Program. The visit aimed to verify whether milk packs were being distributed to the eligible students as per the initiative's guidelines. The team reviewed key details including the number of school days per week, total enrolled students, daily attendance, and the number of milk packs received, distributed, expired, and in stock. They also checked whether any expired stock was delivered to the school and whether the milk quality was satisfactory. Additionally, the team inquired if any health issues had been reported by students after consuming the milk, and whether the milk was being delivered on time and at regular intervals. Staff attendance, stock expiry dates, and the gap between deliveries were noted, along with any major concerns or additional comments from the school administration. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the School Nutrition Program is being implemented effectively and that students are benefiting from the initiative without any risks or delays.
