As part of the initiative for the revamping of Basic Health Units (BHUs) and Rural Health Centers (RHCs), the team from the Special Monitoring Unit visited BHU 52/3 R in Okara. The purpose of the visit was to assess the progress of the ongoing revamp work. During the visit, the team evaluated the condition of the facility, reviewed improvements made under the initiative, and documented the current status through photographs.
